Casino Experience:
Odawa Casino Resort – Petoskey, MI – Owner’s Representative for all Information Technology systems for new casino build. Responsible for coordination and implementation/project management of every IT system in the project. Budgetary responsibility for all IT projects. IT Resource performed the majority of IT equipment configuration with the exception of the gaming system. Also performed a seamless migration from the existing property to the new building. Projects included network infrastructure, IT Security, Voice over IP Systems, wireless, servers and workstations, coordination with Security and Surveillance, AV, and many more. Brought the project in on time and on budget.
FireKeepers Casino – Battle Creek, MI - Owner’s Representative for all Information Technology systems for new casino build. Responsible for coordination and implementation/project management of every IT system in the project. Budgetary responsibility for all IT projects. IT Resource, Inc. was founded in November, 2000, as the result of a combination of two individuals – Gary Lutz and Leo Reap. The company started with the two owners and quickly grew into a top-notch, customer service oriented organization. As new employees were added, the company’s location had to change in order to make room for its growth. After operating in Grand Haven, Michigan until 2007, the company’s owners purchased the building at its current location in Coopersville, Michigan.
